**UPDATE 5/05/26** Thank you for your patience as we address an issue with the current billing cycle. Due to recent software updates, our payment system did not properly communicate with our billing system, resulting in some payments not being credited to customer accounts.
We have identified the affected accounts and are actively correcting these errors by removing any related late fees and manually applying payments that were made. This issue has impacted a high volume of accounts, and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Customers who have left a voicemail will receive a return call.

The Authority owns and operates a collection system of 97 miles with 3,000 manholes and 12 pump stations. Its Big Sewickley Creek wastewater treatment plant, pictured above, is rated for 1.25 MGD of sewage.
